Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Croatian speaker to join our remote team as a Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work with a leading European travel‑tech platform, helping vacation‑rental owners explore partnership opportunities and guiding them through the initial qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record and update lead information in our CRM system.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth hand‑over to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a remote setting.
• Self‑motivated, independent and collaborative.

Required skills

• Aircall cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM for lead and pipeline management.
• Windows 11+ or macOS 13+ operating systems.
• Wired USB headset (noise‑cancelling preferred).
• Stable broadband internet and Full HD screen resolution.
