Presales Analyst – Bid & Proposal Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Presales Analyst to join our fast‑paced Presales team. In this position you will drive the end‑to‑end bid and proposal process, turning complex solutions into clear, compelling client‑facing presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop accurate RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform bid strategy.
• Assist in solution scoping, pricing, and commercial structuring for engagements.
• Design polished PowerPoint decks and proposal documents that highlight value propositions.
• Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to align messaging and win themes.
• Maintain and organize proposal content, templates, and knowledge assets.
• Track proposal timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met consistently.

Required profile

• Strong proposal writing and business communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
• Familiarity with HRTech, competency frameworks, or workforce assessment tools is a plus.
