Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English)

About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a fully remote Customer Service Representative, providing support in both German and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written contact that our e‑commerce customers rely on every day.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements for service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor and a stable 25 Mbps internet connection.
