About the role

We are looking for a qualified Neapolitan pizzaiolo to join our Italian restaurant, La Cucina, in Monastir. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Neapolitan‑style pizzas and ensuring a high standard of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stretch Neapolitan pizza dough according to traditional recipes.
• Operate a wood‑fired oven to bake pizzas to the correct temperature and texture.
• Select, slice, and arrange toppings, maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and work area.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Required profile

• Minimum prior experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef.
• Passion for authentic Italian, especially Neapolitan, cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.
