Project Management Officer

About the role

As a member of the Project Management Office within an international Operations team, you will help design and execute high‑impact, cross‑functional business process, data, and change projects. The role is suited for a proactive individual who can navigate a complex organization with minimal guidance and engage confidently with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Design and implement data‑driven reporting using PowerBI, creating dashboards and analytics to monitor performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders, driving communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Track project progress, produce regular updates for senior leadership, and ensure goals are met.
• Develop and enforce standardized best practices, templates, and governance across projects.
• Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks and issues.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting or project delivery, preferably in software, financial services, or technology environments.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Required skills

• PowerBI for data analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation.
