Production Support Analyst Lead

About the role

FIS is looking for a Production Support Analyst Lead to join its global Operations Support team. You will work with colleagues across Tunisia, France, Switzerland and the USA to ensure the reliability and performance of MarketMap Realtime, Valdi Global Market Platforms and Protegent services.

Key responsibilities

• Support more than 120 stock exchanges and maintain real‑time monitoring of market‑data servers.
• Manage over 850 customer accounts hosted on 200+ servers, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with CX, development, network/infra, exchange project managers and trading teams.
• Provide advanced technical support and drive platform‑enhancement projects across 2 data centres, 3 hubs and 350+ Windows/Linux servers.
• Plan and deploy new releases, and participate in incident‑management activities, including handling high‑severity incidents.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server.
• Proven experience in incident management and familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a good level of English for sprint reviews and presentations.
• Bonus: experience with MS Exchange Server and SQL Server.
