Product Manager – Digital Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and delivery of our digital platforms, including the RightGive charitable giving platform and other media applications. Reporting to the Digital CEO and CTO, you will work cross‑functionally with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital products in line with business goals.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
• Identify, define and validate product opportunities that drive user growth and retention.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for web and mobile applications.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve the user journey to increase engagement and conversion.
• Use data, analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high‑quality features on time.
• Ensure compliance, security and performance best practices.
• Identify and implement new feature opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to ship products from concept (0) to launch (1) and improve existing offerings.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on web and/or mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
