Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will act as the bridge between product development and manufacturing, ensuring that new products are feasible to produce and meet quality standards. You will work closely with product engineers, technology experts, and support functions to design and implement innovative, digitally‑based processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product interface from acquisition through SOP and beyond.
• Ensure manufacturing feasibility and participate in product FMEA.
• Design and implement innovative, digital process solutions.
• Define cycle times, integrate ergonomics, and create process flowcharts.
• Establish and release manufacturing routines and process documents.
• Support equipment specification, build, delivery, installation, and reception.
• Contribute to engineering change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze process productivity and implement improvement action plans.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in a production environment, including a role in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Training in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System.
• Basic knowledge of product and process engineering, with a focus on cutting operations.
• Familiarity with program finance aspects such as costing, P&L, and investments.
• Proficiency in English.
