Plant Head – Facility Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Head to lead the operations of our manufacturing facility located in Manzil Bourguiba. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee daily production, ensure compliance with quality standards, and meet delivery schedules while managing the operational budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities across the plant.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets.
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high industrial standards.
• Manage the operational budget, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise processes and improve overall plant efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, providing direction and problem‑solving support.
