People Development, Leadership & Culture Team Lead

About the role

LEONI is seeking a senior leader to head the People Development, Leadership & Culture unit. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a high‑performance culture, and ensure the organization meets its people‑related KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the People Development, Leadership & Culture team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate regular team activities to address all requests and project stages.
• Define team members’ goals, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Assess training and development needs, support professional growth, and apply new knowledge.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (C1) and French.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, PAI, or quality communication.
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, and self‑organized.
• Excellent conflict‑management and teamwork skills.
