Organization Development & Policies Manager

About the role

Join Ooredoo Tunisie as an Organization Development & Policies Manager, reporting to the Director of Organization Development and Rewards. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, organizational structures, and job architecture to boost effectiveness and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and organization development initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and job architecture.
• Support organizational design reviews and effectiveness assessments.
• Ensure governance and consistency across all organizational frameworks.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, documentation, and process compliance.
• Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans.
• Maintain a standardized job description database.
• Contribute to the design of job families, career streams, and level structures.
• Participate in organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Knowledge of organization design, job architecture, and HR governance practices.
• Understanding of labor regulations and HR policies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in policy drafting and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Initiative, adaptability and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
