Operations Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you will orchestrate exceptional guest experiences across the entire Food & Beverage department while supporting overall hotel performance. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to drive revenue, uphold brand standards, and ensure compliance with legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Food & Beverage department, overseeing daily operations and service quality.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to identify and maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and due‑diligence requirements.
• Manage the hotel budget, monitor financial performance, and support revenue generation.
• Act as the General Manager’s right‑hand, proactively addressing guest satisfaction and operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel‑operations teams, especially as an F&B Director in an upscale resort.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle a complex, hands‑on workload.
• Personal integrity, flexibility, and a positive “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using various IT systems for hotel operations.
