About the role
We are looking for a Production Line Operator to work on fiber‑optic connectivity tasks such as gluing, polishing and optical inspection. The role is based in a manufacturing environment and supports the assembly of high‑quality fiber‑optic components.
Key responsibilities
- Perform gluing (encollage) of fiber‑optic parts according to specifications.
- Carry out polishing (polissage) to achieve required surface quality.
- Conduct optical inspections (contrôle optique) to verify product integrity.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet output targets.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.
Required skills
- Gluing of fiber‑optic components.
- Polishing of fiber‑optic surfaces.
- Optical inspection techniques.
