MP&L Manager – Material Planning & Logistics

About the role

As an MP&L Manager at Lear, you will lead material planning and logistics activities for the Tunisia operation, ensuring uninterrupted production and efficient supply‑chain performance. You will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams to deliver materials on time and optimise inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the material planning and logistics team to support production continuity.
• Manage material planning processes to guarantee timely availability of components and raw materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable material flow and minimise supply risks.
• Analyse demand and production schedules, identify constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy and ERP/MRP data integrity.
• Monitor supply‑chain KPIs and drive improvement plans for service, inventory and operational performance.
• Support product launches and engineering changes while minimising material disruptions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, HR and external partners for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end material planning and inventory processes.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
