Marketing & Business Development Intern

About the role

KB Agriculture is seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to support its marketing activities and international expansion in Tunisia. This 3‑6 month hands‑on internship combines content creation, digital presence, and pre‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social‑media content, including Reels, Stories, photos and short videos using a phone or camera.
• Manage and update the company website and social‑media platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and prepare marketing materials, presentations and product content.
• Assist in organizing participation in international exhibitions and events.
• Research and qualify potential distributors, importers, retailers and partners in target markets.
• Maintain a structured international leads database and conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Share company profiles, catalogues and proposals, and follow up with qualified leads.
• Help schedule meetings and support the development of new international markets.

Required profile

• Creative and passionate about social media and content creation.
• Comfortable producing content with a phone or camera.
• Curious, highly organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator fluent in written and spoken English.
• Interest in international business and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Creation of Reels and short videos.
• Social‑media management.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Experience in lead generation, sales outreach or business development.
