Manual Data QA

About the role

We are seeking a Manual Data QA professional to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data flowing through our SaaS release pipeline. The role focuses on validating data collected by automated processes, identifying discrepancies early, and supporting business reporting integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rigorous data discrepancy analysis to maintain consistency across systems.
• Write and execute MySQL queries to detect, investigate, and report data anomalies.
• Audit data collection and synchronization across APIs, SFTP, and SaaS environments.
• Document technical findings, flag critical issues, and collaborate with development and product teams to improve data quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience with MySQL in a SaaS context.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of Intellectual Property concepts is a plus.
