Lobby PA Attendant

About the role

The Lobby PA Attendant ensures that public and employee areas of the hotel are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. This full‑time position is based on‑site at the Avenue de la Ligue Arabe location in Tunis.

Key responsibilities

• Clean public and employee restrooms, showers, glass surfaces, and floor areas using designated chemicals and equipment.
• Dust surfaces, empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns, and dispose of waste properly.
• Inspect furniture for damage, report issues, and maintain lighting fixtures.
• Post caution signs when needed and coordinate urgent repairs with other departments.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests, reporting preventative maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including proper storage of flammable materials.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 55 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Capability to push/pull equipment over uneven surfaces and work on ladders.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, or sit for extended periods throughout a shift.
• Fine motor skills for handling tools and equipment safely.
• No high school diploma or prior experience required.
