About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual German‑English customer service specialist to join our TalentPop App team. Working 100% from home, you will be the first point of contact for our e‑commerce customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support in German and English through calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Give feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
