Junior Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. You will help execute campaigns, manage social channels, and contribute creative ideas while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media interactions, respond to the audience and assist in creating, coordinating, and publishing engaging content.
• Monitor and optimise paid social media campaigns, track key performance indicators and prepare performance reports.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help develop marketing plans, campaign concepts, promotional mechanics and video scripts.
• Support influencer campaigns by reaching out to influencers, negotiating collaborations and coordinating deliverables.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure all campaigns and posts are executed on schedule and to quality standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Excellent organisational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends and digital content.
