Junior Financial Messaging Expert

About the role

DiXiO is looking for a Junior Financial Messaging Expert to join its remote team. You will provide first‑line support for customers, learn the fundamentals of financial messaging, and develop expertise alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑line support, handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Work closely with the customer success team, technical experts, and IT to escalate and resolve technical problems.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to financial messaging solutions, protocols, standards, and security measures.
• Progressively take on more advanced responsibilities as you move toward an expert role.

Required profile

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Eager to learn and grow within financial technology and messaging systems.
• Good understanding of IT systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, French and Levantine Arabic (additional languages a plus).
