Key responsibilities

• Learn Regnology’s regulatory reporting and risk solutions through a formal training plan.
• Handle first‑level client questions and functional inquiries, escalating complex issues.
• Investigate discrepancies in regulatory calculations under guidance.
• Gradually take on business‑rule and configuration troubleshooting, including reading logs and simple SQL queries.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and client‑facing documentation.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn banking regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to work in an international, multi‑time‑zone team.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
