Junior Consolidation Analyst

About the role

The Junior Consolidation Analyst will support the monthly consolidation process, assist with IFRS adjustments, and serve as the first point of contact for subsidiaries on reporting issues. This entry‑level position offers exposure to financial closing, intercompany reconciliation, and audit support within a dynamic finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate financial data from subsidiaries and follow up on missing information.
• Perform standard controls on reporting packages and support intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing standard IFRS adjustments and budget/forecast templates.
• Support monthly closing activities and prepare basic audit evidence.
• Respond to simple audit requests and provide first‑level user support for consolidation system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in consolidation or accounting (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of IFRS and consolidation concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn and use consolidation tools/software.
