Team Lead – Procure-to-Pay

About the role

The Team Lead will own the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) function across multiple legal entities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance and timely supplier payments. You will manage a team of four P2P Supervisors, drive standardisation, continuous improvement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop four P2P Supervisors, set objectives, KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee invoice processing, approval workflows, supplier reconciliations and payment activities across all entities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and Service Level Agreements, driving improvements in cycle time, on‑time payment rate and aged payables.
• Maintain internal controls, manage audit support and implement corrective actions for identified risks.
• Act as senior point of contact for Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Plant Controllers and key suppliers.
• Lead automation, digitalisation and Lean initiatives, support ERP implementations and process transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable / Procure‑to‑Pay experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing supervisors or team leads.
• Experience in Shared Service Centers and multi‑entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Dynamics, etc.).
