Java & React Full‑Stack Developer – Relocation to Portugal

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for a Java & React Full‑Stack Developer to join its team and work on critical systems for large organisations in banking, insurance, telecom and energy. The position offers relocation to Portugal and a flexible work model tailored to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact features for millions of users.
• Ensure code quality, performance and security standards are met.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration processes.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in English and French.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Developer with Java and React.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Java 8 or newer.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and French (B2+).
• Strong customer focus, teamwork and task prioritisation.
• Alignment with corporate values of integrity and ethics.
