IT/Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Regnology is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Managed Services onboarding team. You will lead the implementation of Regnology Cloud, a SaaS platform that deploys and manages Regnology product instances on Google Cloud, working closely with Site Reliability Engineers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end software implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Lead SRE collaborators and facilitate technical workshops with clients.
• Coordinate communication among IT, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize and automate internal tasks and processes related to the solution.
• Support business development activities and ensure successful client onboarding.

Required profile

• University degree in informatics, computer science or a related field.
• Initial experience in project management and leading software implementation teams.
• Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
