About the role
CED Tunisia is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services and related IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support via phone, email, or ticketing system and track incidents to resolution.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, security groups, and permissions.
- Support users at Level 2/3, follow up on status, and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in monitoring and operational support of business applications and IT infrastructure.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Immediate availability is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Ticketing and IT Service Management tools (TopDesk).
- Windows 10/11 administration.
- Basic knowledge of IT security and endpoint management.
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies.
