Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will join the property executive committee and report directly to the General Manager, with a functional link to the Regional Senior Director of HR. The role is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategy to support business objectives across talent acquisition, performance, succession and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with property and brand goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.
• Drive engagement survey initiatives and monitor results.
• Oversee the use of HR technology (myHR) by managers and staff.
• Act as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR at owners’ meetings, providing insights on retention, open positions and workforce metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field plus 4 years HR/operations experience, OR a 4‑year degree plus 2 years experience.
• Experience operating in the Tunisian market and knowledge of local labor regulations is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myHR HRIS platform.
