About the role

PassBeyond is seeking a High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) Client Manager to connect successful entrepreneurs, business owners and senior professionals with Greece’s Golden Visa property investment program. This part‑time, remote position works on a commission‑only basis, allowing you to maintain your existing commitments while earning uncapped income.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce PassBeyond’s Golden Visa solution to contacts in your network.
• Explain investment numbers, timelines and risks to help clients make informed decisions.
• Guide clients from the first conversation through to obtaining the residence permit.
• Build trust through genuine, pressure‑free conversations.
• Collaborate remotely with the Athens headquarters for support and resources.

Required profile

• Established relationships with successful entrepreneurs, business owners or senior professionals.
• Deep cultural fluency with the communities you will serve.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High integrity – you prefer losing a deal over misleading a client.
