About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Help Desk Technician to join Altra Call in Sousse. You will be the first point of contact for our English‑speaking clients, ensuring fast and effective resolution of their technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware across the organization.
- Manage and monitor the fleet of IT equipment, keeping accurate inventory of hardware and software.
- Administer network components including LAN, intranet, TCP/IP, IPv4, DHCP and FTP.
- Support application deployment, software updates and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide user support via a hotline during product rollout and everyday use.
- Document and report technical incidents in a clear and timely manner.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Altra Call’s products and services.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients.
Required skills
- Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
- IT equipment fleet management and inventory tracking.
- Network administration – LAN, intranet, TCP/IP, IPv4, DHCP, FTP.
- Software installation, updates and commissioning.
- User support via hotline and incident documentation.
