About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Head Chef and lead the culinary experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining moments while ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations, managing food preparation, production, and quality while controlling costs.
• Develop and execute menus in partnership with Food & Beverage leadership, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑efficient, high‑quality supplies.
• Support financial performance through P&L reviews, monitoring food and labor costs, and driving profitability.
• Engage with guests and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
