Functional Consultant – International Projects

About the role

Medius is seeking a Functional Consultant to join its Professional Services team and work on international projects. You will act as a trusted advisor for high‑profile customers, helping them automate and optimise their finance workflows using the Medius suite of cloud‑based spend management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with live customers to support process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
• Analyse customer data and existing workflows to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Advise customers on best‑practice configurations and usage of Medius products.
• Guide clients through implementation phases, ensuring successful adoption and value realisation.
• Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout the automation journey.

Required profile

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Understanding of finance, accounts payable, or spend management processes.
• Ability to analyse complex workflows and propose practical automation solutions.
