About the role
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to promote and sell industrial microbiology and water‑purification solutions for an international market leader. You will work across high‑potential sectors such as pharma, cosmetics, food & beverage, and academic research, representing cutting‑edge, high‑value‑added products.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and expand existing pharma business, focusing on high‑growth areas.
- Increase market share in the food and beverage segment.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and future business lines.
- Conduct regular market analysis, tracking trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Scientific degree (BSc, MSc, Engineer or PhD) in biology, microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, life sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a field‑sales role.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, research or laboratory equipment is desirable.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a proactive, challenge‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay well‑organized.
- Proficiency with digital tools; knowledge of AI is a plus.
