About the role
LEONI is seeking an Expert Planning & Reporting to support planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning, forecasting and budgeting cycles and prepare financial statements.
- Create, analyse and optimise reports, KPI evaluations and dashboards.
- Conduct variance analyses, derive recommendations and provide decision‑making insights for management.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, data models and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with business units and international stakeholders on reporting, planning and performance‑management projects.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
- Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus).
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
