About the role
LEONI, a global leader in automotive wiring systems, seeks an Expert Financial Controller to support project performance measurement and financial controlling across its operations in Tunisia.
Key responsibilities
- Measure project performance and conduct calculations from RFQ to EOP.
- Collect and challenge input from various functions and provide advice on changes and risks.
- Analyze project profitability, report provisions, and act as business partner to accounts and project managers.
- Consolidate project P&L statements, support margin‑boosting activities, and maintain calculation parameters, methods, and tools.
- Interface with accounting, functional controlling, and other functions to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling.
- University degree.
- Excellent English communication level (C1).
- Strong social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, and result orientation.
- Motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
