About the role
Ozeol is seeking a Business Performance Lead to drive optimization and strategic decision‑making across its global operations. You will transform data into actionable insights, working closely with leadership to align business objectives with performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and analyse key business metrics and financial performance indicators.
- Identify pain points, propose improvement solutions and deliver actionable insights through data reporting.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership teams to stimulate strategic thinking and drive operational improvements.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and integrate digital/AI tools into business processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- 7‑10 years of experience in business performance analysis or management, with strong financial modelling skills.
- Fluent in English; French or additional languages are a plus.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality and stakeholder management capability.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI.
- SQL.
