ERP Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and drive business transformation across finance, procurement, supply chain, HR and other functions. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Manage project governance, planning, budgets, risks, timelines, dependencies and reporting to steering committees.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Programs) and technical teams or implementation partners.
• Oversee solution validation, testing, user acceptance testing, training and post‑implementation support.
• Drive change management, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote process automation, operational excellence and enhance end‑user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex ERP implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience delivering D365 F&O implementations integrated with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with NGOs, foundations or international development environments is strongly preferred.
