About the role
Planisware is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join its Tunis office. You will be responsible for deploying solutions, maintaining SaaS operations, and improving automated processes for our AI‑powered SaaS platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Set up infrastructure components, virtual machines, and data encryption for customer and internal projects.
- Deploy and maintain authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) and manage backup, disaster recovery, and compliance procedures.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SaaS operations.
- Improve and automate existing solutions and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Engineering or master’s degree in computer science or IT (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar technical delivery role.
- Fluent in French and English with strong teamwork and autonomous work skills.
Required skills
- Virtualization technologies.
- Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Linux operating system.
- PostgreSQL database.
