Digital Content & Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content & Production Manager to lead our content operations, coordinate creative teams and ensure the delivery of high‑quality digital assets across multiple platforms. The role blends content management, video production and performance analysis to drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of editors, creatives and content teams.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate digital content production and maintain editorial calendars.
• Assign tasks, set priorities and enforce deadlines.
• Review video drafts, provide clear feedback and guarantee quality before publishing.
• Contribute to content ideas, formats and overall creative direction.
• Manage video production and post‑production workflows.
• Publish content across digital platforms and monitor performance.
• Analyze YouTube metrics such as CTR, audience retention, watch time and views to identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital content, production, social media or creative project management.
• Proven experience leading creative or production teams.
• Strong understanding of video editing and post‑production processes.
• Ability to critically review video content and ensure consistency.
• Good knowledge of YouTube performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented with strong communication skills.
