Customer Support Consultant – German & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely, providing high‑quality assistance to customers in German and English via email and phone. The role offers the chance to develop your support skills while collaborating with a multicultural workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through email and phone interactions.
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and cross‑functional specialists, to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
• Apply best‑practice customer happiness techniques and maintain deep knowledge of client solutions.
• Monitor and meet performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level for speaking and writing).
• 6–12 months of experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
