Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Tech Power Electronics Group Tunisia is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its Bizerte site. In this position you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, monitoring forecasts and ensuring timely deliveries while supporting the supply‑chain team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor customer forecasts, analyse demand variances and flag potential risks.
• Coordinate with production, planning and logistics to guarantee on‑time delivery (OTD).
• Communicate order status, delays or issues to customers promptly.
• Maintain and update order portfolio data, ensuring accuracy.
• Track key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management or supply‑chain functions.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related electrical/electronics field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable working in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with an ERP system; SAP knowledge is a plus.
