About the role
Hello Group is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its remote team in Tunisia. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat, email, or voice channels.
- Handle complaints and issues professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall user experience.
- Support daily operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
