Continuous Improvement Leader

About the role

Lead and drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all functions at Fresenius Kabi Tunisia, partnering with department leaders to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost performance, productivity, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and other support functions.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management and root cause analysis.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on operational efficiency, waste reduction, process optimization and cost improvement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to Operational Excellence and project performance.
• Facilitate problem‑solving workshops and continuous improvement events.
• Build Continuous Improvement capabilities through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
• Support change management, digitalization and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance.
• Report progress, business impact and savings to site leadership.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Excellence.
• Proven experience leading Lean transformation and cross‑functional improvement projects, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
