Quality Control Technician / Pattern Maker

About the role

Join Knitwear as a Quality Control Technician or Pattern Maker, working on women’s wear collections for European brands. The positions are based onsite in Cap Bon or the Tunis area.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect garment measurements, workmanship and finishing at the factory and partner sites.
• Identify quality risks, coordinate corrective actions and prepare clear inspection reports.
• Develop and refine patterns for a European womenswear customer, resolving fit and construction challenges.
• Collaborate closely with development and sample sewing teams to ensure reliable, production‑ready results.

Required profile

• Technician diploma in textiles or garment manufacturing (for QC role).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in garment quality control or pattern making for European womenswear brands.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in a professional pattern‑making CAD system such as Lectra.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to find solutions with production teams.
