Chief Operating Officer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Operating Officer to build and own the operating engine of our fast‑growing B2B SaaS business. This is a "build‑it" role where you will translate outcomes, principles and direction into concrete processes, teams and accountability across all products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a clear operating model with defined roles, responsibilities and processes.
• Scale hiring, line‑manage teams, and place talent where they can excel.
• Control spend on SaaS, AI and cloud services, negotiating every line item.
• Ensure flawless delivery for high‑profile client events such as finals and major tournaments.
• Lead an AI‑first operations layer, automating repeatable processes with AI and tooling.
• Act as the execution partner for founders, spotting gaps and instituting solutions proactively.

Required profile

• Senior executive with proven experience scaling operations in high‑growth SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of building teams, managing budgets and driving operational excellence.
• Comfortable working remotely and leading distributed teams.
• Passion for sports tech and familiarity with global brand clients is a plus.
