Case Manager – FBR@Work Program (Tunis, Tunisia)

About the role

The Case Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to deliver the FBR@Work employability program in Tunisia. This part‑time position supports participants from recruitment through job placement and retention, while building strong links with employers, trainers and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting program participants, ensuring transparent selection aligned with program criteria.
• Provide orientation, training coordination, placement assistance, and post‑placement follow‑up for participants.
• Monitor participant progress, maintain up‑to‑date records, and ensure compliance with Amideast and donor documentation standards.
• Develop and sustain relationships with employers, trainers and other stakeholders to create placement opportunities.
• Facilitate coordination between participants and employers for successful job matching and integration.
• Contribute to program reporting and attend field visits or stakeholder meetings as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in project or program management, monitoring and report writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with partners and community stakeholders.
