C++ Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to join our technology accelerator team. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance applications while collaborating with cross‑functional experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++.
• Analyze technical requirements and propose efficient solutions.
• Develop and optimise database queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development.
• Excellent knowledge of the C++ programming language.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in debugging, optimisation, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with multi‑threaded or high‑performance applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Comfortable working in Windows‑based development environments.
• Understanding of object‑oriented design principles and architecture patterns.
