Business Owner – Full‑time Leadership Role

About the role

Green UMA ESEN is seeking an experienced Owner to lead the company’s strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations in Tunis. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape business goals, drive financial performance, and ensure sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate clear business objectives aligned with the company’s mission.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Make strategic decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation.
• Supervise core activities, ensure compliance with Tunisian regulations, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Guide and develop team members, set performance standards, and foster a culture of accountability and ethics.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and keep the organization competitive and sustainable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management with responsibility for strategy and operations.
• Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, cash‑flow management, and basic accounting.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and build an inclusive work environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills under time constraints.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local business regulations and standard practices in Tunis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, long‑term sustainability, and continuous learning.
