Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Student Recruitment will drive the growth of GEDU’s study‑abroad programmes by building new partnerships and supporting enrolment targets. Working remotely from Tunisia, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to expand the student pipeline and enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and educational providers.
• Assist the recruitment team in meeting intake targets and maximise enrolments.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and financial data to improve products, reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Present company offerings to potential partners and negotiate agreements.
• Attend business meetings and deliver training sessions for new recruiting partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales‑focused role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and travel when required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
