Bilingual Project Manager (French/English) – Remote

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a bilingual Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead creative and production projects remotely. You will work alongside an experienced Project Management team, guiding initiatives from brief to delivery across digital, film, CGI, motion design, and print disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for new briefs, transforming vague concepts into clear, actionable project plans.
• Scope, cost, and schedule projects, ensuring alignment with Brandtech+’s Project Management methodology.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across time zones to deliver email marketing, website content, and other creative assets.
• Maintain project profitability and adhere to defined processes and standards.
• Identify stakeholders, create communication plans, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Close projects with documented standards and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Resilient mindset, able to handle setbacks and tight deadlines.
• Experience working with creative teams in digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, or print.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
