Bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Join a fast‑growing eCommerce support team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will assist German‑ and English‑speaking customers from the comfort of your home office, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support in German and English across voice, chat, and email channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, organised and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
